Introducing Quantillion’s Forklift One: Smarter, Faster, Greener

Quantillion’s F-ONE combines autonomous navigation with powerful decision-making to deliver unmatched autonomy, flexibility, and precision to heavy-duty industries.

Industries today are constantly searching for smarter ways to improve productivity, boost efficiency, make a sustainable impact, and move closer to the vision of Industry 4.0. To support this shift, we’ve developed Quantillion’s F-ONE (Forklift ONE) which introduces a new degree of flexibility to material handling and logistics, while simultaneously helping operations reduce their environmental footprint through renewable energy use and improve operations.

The F-ONE is powered by advanced sensors, intelligent algorithms, and a hybrid of artificial and collaborative intelligence. It’s built to adapt to different environments, navigate independently, and handle a wide range of tasks with speed and precision.

What makes the F-ONEs stand out is their ability to work safely with people in heavy-duty environments. By combining human expertise with robotic power, industries can streamline operations, improve safety, and stay agile in fast-changing conditions. Our F-ONEs are engineered to perform and adapt on the fly to changing layouts, and real-world challenges, making them quick to deploy and easy to scale.

A Different Approach

Traditional Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs) have long been valued in industrial environments for their efficiency, but they come with significant limitations. Because AGVs depend on fixed routes and predefined action points, they can only function well in tightly controlled settings. This dependency not only limits flexibility but also demands extensive planning and substantial upfront investment in infrastructure—such as floor markings, magnetic strips, or beacons—to guide their movement. Therefore, responding to dynamic environments becomes challenging, and safe collaboration with human workers remains out of reach.

Our F-ONEs are built to break those boundaries. Unlike AGVs, F-ONEs move and make decisions autonomously in real-time—without the need for infrastructural changes. This gives them the ability to handle tasks faster and more efficiently while cooperating with other mobile equipment and workers, while bringing a new level of agility and responsiveness to industrial operations, whether it’s in a warehouse, a logistics hub, or across indoors and outdoors productions facilities.

To make this possible, we’ve designed smart, innovative features that boost performance across the board; from task execution and material handling to transportation and inventory management in environments with high traffic, changing layouts, or unexpected obstacles. Every aspect of the system is built to promote optimization, sustainability, and uptime, allowing heavy industries to save manual labor, create flexibility, and improve the overall performance.

F-ONE's Technological features

What makes our F-ONEs truly innovative is Quantillion’s advanced navigation kit, which enables fully autonomous decision-making directly at the vehicle level. This technology allows you to retrofit existing vehicles and roll out automation gradually, keeping costs under control while preparing your operations for the future. It enables smooth navigation both indoors and outdoors and allows the vehicle to switch between predefined driving paths, and free-roaming movement. This flexibility allows it to avoid obstacles in real time, based on zones defined by theTraffic Management System, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.

At the core of this capability is a sensor fusion. We combine data from LiDAR, cameras, GNSS, IMU, and visual triangulation to deliver precise positioning—without relying on magnets, reflectors, or beacons. This ensures accurate navigation in dynamic environments, regardless of location. Beyond positioning, sensor fusion enhances the robot’s ability to detect and identify objects—essential for obstacle avoidance and precise material handling. It allows the system to respond intelligently to its surroundings and make better decisions on the move.

Together, these technologies automate both routine and complex tasks, reduce unnecessary stops caused by environmental noise, and increase overall efficiency. By minimizing manual intervention and optimizing resource use, the F-ONE boosts productivity and maximizes uptime. Built-in perception and safety systems help reduce risks and ensure compliance with industrial standards—delivering a flexible, scalable solution for modern operations.
