Job description:

We are looking for highly motivated people to build the road ahead and invent solutions to challenges never met before.

In the role of Business Developer, you will help Quantillion with developing strong sales strategy, marketing, client retention and together with our development team, innovation.

Your future responsibilities:

  • Management of client requirements, budget, timing qualification
  • Participation in specifying technical requirements qualification
  • Management of the end to end sales process
  • Day to day management of sales process
  • Coordination of the response to RFIs/RFPs
  • Coordination of proof of concepts and reference sites visit
  • Drafting of business proposals
  • Contract negotiation (licence, services, maintenance)
  • Closing and contracts signings
  • Engagement of the whole Industrial Automation ecosystem
  • International conference visits
  • Marketing

Preferred experience:

There is no typical profile at Quantillion, we all come from different backgrounds and that is what makes us strong!

We are looking for:

  • Strong experience (10 yrs) on industrial field (Preferably: Light Metals, Mining, Ports)
  • Prior experience in selling complex IT solutions / AI solutions
  • Experience in services robotics and/or Information Systems
  • Experience with partner contracting
  • Good listening and negotiation skills
  • Good presentation skills
  • Perfect fluency in English: it is an international role (mainly EU, North America and Middle East)
  • Familiarity with multicultural work environments and positive attitude towards start-up culture
  • Drive and understanding of own value and contribution to the team, culture and solutions
  • Ability to work with a team of both technical as well as non-technical people on solving problems
  • Adaptability to the quickly moving and changing environment that Quantillion is
  • Willingness to visit clients both at home (Europe) as well as abroad (e.g. North America, Asia)
  • Eagerness to learn continuously as well as to share knowledge with the rest of our team
  • Ability to speak up when necessary and ensure that the best idea always wins

  3. After passing the first round, you will be invited to present a business plan (2 days prior we will send you information about the case that you will work with)
  4. 1 hour meeting with Hilbrand (CEO of Quantillion)
